Central Liquors is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring it to our attention and we will work with you to make the situation right.


Shipping returns are determined on per order basis. Refunds will be provided for the products only and not for the shipping costs. If the products have shipped or delivered to you the cost of return shipping or delivery in on customer, unless it was an error on our part.


Unopened and undamaged bottles of wine can be returned within one month and spirits can be returned within three months of purchase date for a full refund, with receipt. For bad bottles, please retain the bottle and the receipt for returns. We cannot accept any returns on beer, food, nonalcoholic beverages or any items that have been chilled.
